Appointments
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
- By visiting our Consulting Room
- By booking an appointment with EMIS Patient Access
- Calling the surgery on 01752 840115
- By visiting the practice
It is possible to book a GP appointment up to 2 weeks in advance. Appointments are also available to be booked on the day, to enable you to be seen as quickly as possible.
Out of Hours
For more information in regards to out of hours services, please our Opening Hours page.
Online Consultations
It is also possible to ask the doctor or consult with us online via Accurx (only available from 06:30 – 18:30, Monday to Friday) or LIVI. You will get a response within 2 working days.
eConsults will be suspended each day once we have reached capacity, and will reopen again the next day at 06:30.
Weekend Appointments
We have GP appointments on some Saturday mornings, early mornings and late afternoons. These routine appointments are to enable patients who find it difficult to attend during the week, possibly due to work commitments, to be seen more easily.
During these extended surgeries the surgery is not open for general enquiries, and any urgent medical problems will still be dealt with by our “out of hours” provider.
Staff Availability
Our doctors like to look after their own patients, to give continuity of care. Should the doctor you wish to see be fully booked or on holiday the receptionist will offer you an appointment with another doctor.
The practice nurses are available each day and the phlebotomists are available each morning.
Practice nurses also run dedicated health promotion clinics please ask the receptionist for an appointment.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you no longer need an appointment or cannot make it, please use our Cancel an Appointment form or cancel via Patient Access as soon as possible, so that we can pass these appointments on to patients who need them.
