We are now offering FREE NHS HEALTH CHECKS to all patients between the ages of 40-74, who do not have any long term health conditions.  Please contact us if you meet those criteria and ask to book in for a NHS Health check.


We are now using a TXT message reminder service and so you may be asked to provide your mobile number when booking an appointment, if we do not already have it.  If you do not wish to receive these reminders - please just let us know.

If you wish to you can use on line access to book appointments, order your repeat medications and also to view your medical records.

With effect from March 2016 you will be able to request access to your complete medical record - this may be useful to you to help you manage your medical condition more effectively, but it also means that you can access your medical details from anywhere that you have access to the internet.

If you want to apply for this enhanced access to your records - you need to come into the surgery and complete the this agreement Access to medical records agreement  Your request will then be considered and you will be informed when we are able to activate your access.  In some very rare circumstances access might be denied, but should this happen we will explain the reasons fully to you.
