We are now offering FREE NHS HEALTH CHECKS to all patients between the ages of 40-74, who do not have any long term health conditions.  Please contact us if you meet those criteria and ask to book in for a NHS Health check.


We are now using a TXT message reminder service and so you may be asked to provide your mobile number when booking an appointment, if we do not already have it.  If you do not wish to receive these reminders - please just let us know.




Immunisation Clinic

Immunisations are given at Baby Clinic from 13.30.- 15.00 by appointment.

We recommend immunisations for children and are available to answer any questions or concerns that parents may have.

Under Ones Group

Our Health Visitor Support worker runs a weekly group for families and their new babies, the clinic is held in the Saltash Children's Centre She also offers home visits for families under the direction of the Health Visitors.

Other Services 


A speech therapist attends the Community Clinic to help with problems of young children who have delayed speech. Referral is via your GP or Health Visitor.


A chiropodist attends the Community Clinic but attendance is only possible for patients over 65 or those registered disabled or diabetic. Referral is by your GP or Diabetic Nurse.


We have a small team of counsellors who provide help and support for people with common difficulties such as: Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sleep problems, Bereavement and Relationship problems.
Referrals to the counsellors can be made through your GP, waiting times vary and can be 1-3 months.


A specialist counsellor from Addaction , attends the surgery regularly to provide counselling for people with alcohol or drug related problems. Referral is through your GP.


Sharon Nightingale runs a weekly clinic to support people who want to stop smoking, please speak to the receptionist.



The physiotherapist works from the Community Hospital which is located next door to the surgery. Referral is via your GP.


The Macmillan Nurse has special training and experience in caring for those with cancer, terminal illness and counselling families.


This is a voluntary organisation which has a large range of nursing aids including wheelchairs for short term loan. A very small fee is required. Please ask the receptionist for the telephone number.
