Before you start
Insurance providers, solicitors, DVLA etc will request reports directly from us.
We request that any report requests initiated by the patient are paid for in advance, you will be advised regarding the cost following your request (these are non contractual works carried out by the practice).
We endeavour to complete your report in a timely manner, however during periods of high demand we may experience delays in our usual process.
